King Abdulaziz International Airport Development

Overview

The project consisted of Phase 1 of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. The project was split into 2 packages: Package 421 comprising the passenger terminal building with related facilities, and Package 422 comprising all support facilities and infrastructure works. (Total built-up area approximately 1,885,000m² and total siteworks area is approximately 6,616,000m²).

KPM provided specialist consultancy across the relevant stages of the built-asset lifecycle for this infrastructure development in Jeddah, KSA, bringing disciplined control of time, cost, and quality to protect our Client’s investment from inception through to handover.
