Mohammad El Halabi

Co-founder - General Manager

With 37 years in the construction industry, Mohammad gained extensive experience in all aspects of his profession: Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Commercial Management, Contract Administration, Claims Management, Property and Real Estate Management.From small to medium to mega projects, Mohammad has built a diverse working experience in many aspects of the construction industry including airports, hospitality, education, health, commercial and residential as well as mixed-use development projects.And with over 20 years in a senior managerial position, he has had first-hand experience in setting up, establishing, and managing business operations in four different territories, through which he has gained extensive experience in dealing with Clients and multi-party projects and coordinating disciplines.Mohammad studied Quantity Surveying in the UK where he started his career. He moved back to Lebanon in 1992 to join D.G. Jones & Partners. In 2000 he moved to Cairo and in 2004 became Managing Director of DGJ’s operation in Egypt. Having completed 30 years with DGJ he moved to Istanbul to concentrate on KPM.

Haissam El Mahmoud

Co-founder

With 30 years of experience, Haissam is an entrepreneur with a strong technical background.Graduating as a Mechanical Engineer in 1994, from the Lebanese University, he established his own company early on in his career and was involved in many prestigious projects across the Middle East region.In 2010 Haissam established his own MEP consultancy: Green Innovative Designs (GID). He was responsible for the efficient management of the firm by providing overall direction, running the day-to-day operations, coordination, implementation, overseeing the current portfolio of work, completion of MEP work and meeting consistency with the firm strategy, commitments and goals. GID was involved in several projects in Lebanon, KSA and the gulf region, and Africa.Haissam is a member of the Lebanese Syndicate of Engineers and Architects, a Juridical Expert in the Lebanese Courts of Law, an ASHRAE member, AEE member, Lebanese Green Building Council Member, LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), CAP Carbon Auditing Professional and CWEP Certified Water Efficiency Professional.

Tarek Taha Ismail

PMO Consultant

Tarek is a Project Management Consultant with over 30 years' experience in the construction industry. He is currently the PMO Consultant to the Mayor of the Madinah Regional Municipality, in KSA.Tarek received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo in 2002. He also received a Professional Diploma in Project Management from the AUC in 1997 and a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1991.Tarek has contributed to the development of project management strategy and methodology for MOMRA in 2007. He has led the effort for establishing PMOs in several organizations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He also worked as a Project Control Manager for several largescale projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.Tarek has participated in several workshops for Project Management, Strategic Management and Quality Management in Japan, USA, UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), The American Association for Cost Engineers (AACE), Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), and The Egyptian Syndicate for Engineers.
